Our Products
Cleanova’s Proxis HF Series is engineered for depth filtration in high-flow applications. Its double-density media construction combines pre-filtration and final filtration in a single unit, delivering efficient performance and extended service life. Its large internal diameter minimises differential pressure, reducing the number of elements required for high flow rates.
Proxis HFL cartridges are coreless; mechanical strength is provided by a permanent internal perforated tube, supplied as part of the original equipment and not replaced with the cartridge.

AFS Wound Series filter cartridges provide a reliable and versatile filtration solution.
Manufactured by carefully selected, winding, high-quality yarns around a central core, the cartridges are designed with multiple tapered, spiral passageways.
This depth-filter construction ensures that contaminants are captured throughout the entire cartridge, rather than only on the surface. As a result, they retain large volumes of particulates while minimising the risk of pressure spikes caused by surface blinding.
Food Safety
AFS Wound Series cartridges made with bleached cotton or polypropylene media comply with FDA 21 CFR 177 requirements, making them suitable for use in food and beverage applications.
*See Data Sheet for flow rates and material compatibility charts.
Cleanova’s EP Series filter cartridges are a versatile range of filter cartridges available with glass fibre, polyester fibre, or FDA-approved polypropylene media. Each cartridge is constructed from multiple layers of fine fibres with a graded density structure, where the inner layers are denser than the outer. This design enhances contaminant retention throughout the depth of the media.
The filter media is thermally bonded to a robust polypropylene support structure. This construction ensures mechanical strength while eliminating the need for glues or adhesives, thereby reducing extractables and extending chemical compatibility.
With pleated media, EP Series cartridges deliver a large filtration surface area, resulting in high flow rates, low pressure drops, and excellent dirt-holding capacity. The durable design contributes to extended service life, offering reliable performance across various applications.

Cleanova’s PESG Series membrane cartridge filters are microbially rated filters featuring a naturally hydrophilic, asymmetric polyethersulphone (PES) membrane. Their multi-layer design incorporates an integral polypropylene pre-filter and drainage layer, providing enhanced protection and stability.
With a high filtration surface area of approximately 0.65 m² per 10” cartridge, PESG filters deliver high flow rates, low pressure drops, and extended service life. The naturally hydrophilic PES membrane requires no wetting agents, and the thermal bonding construction ensures very low extractables. PESG cartridges achieve rapid rinse-up times of up to 18 MΩ·cm when supplied pre-rinsed.
In addition, the PES membrane exhibits low protein-binding characteristics, ensuring that most proteins in the feed stream pass through to the filtrate, making the PESG Series particularly suitable for sensitive applications.

The Plenty Duplex large D-Type (10″-20″) Basket Strainer is designed with two filtration chambers for applications that require a continuous flow whilst the filter is cleaned.
The D-Type employs a rugged and positive method to changeover from the operating to the standby chamber using two disc valves operated by screwed shafts. The shafts are interconnected giving a simultaneous action ensuring that a filtration chamber is always in operation. An external indicator is fitted to the shaft to show which chamber is in operation, allowing the basket in the other chamber to be removed and cleaned.
The shafts are sleeved and protected from the process liquid.
As the change over valves are moved via a hand wheel along a crank shaft to isolate chambers, this isolates the chamber from the main process flow, the ‘off-line’ chamber can then be accessed safely, in full operation conditions, for cleaning and maintenance. No by-pass required.
Features:
- Hand operated or automatic change over option
- Pressure equalising valve
- External valve indicator showing which chamber is on stream, with synchronised chain drive
- Flanged connections
- Replicable valve seats
- Sizes from 250mm – 500mm

High efficiency filters are designed to remove final traces of dirt, pipe scale and other solid contaminants from process air and other gases.
High-capacity filters for efficient separation of solids & liquids.
High solid loading within refinery & treatment process applications is becoming an increasing challenge for plant operations and maintenance teams. Conventional filtration systems, while correctly rated in terms of particulate efficiency, can rapidly become overloaded due to the sheer volume of contaminants in liquid process applications. This leads directly to rapid differential pressure increases across filter systems, which results in more frequent filter cartridge change-out intervals. The result is a rise in Total Cost of Ownership (TCO) due to increased downtime, increased manpower requirements & increased spare parts replacement.
In response to the growing levels of contamination across a variety of process applications, Cleanova has developed a new range of High Capacity (HC) filtration solutions that deliver high contaminant retention efficiency with minimal impact on process parameters. Customers can select from a total system solution to match specific application needs, or opt to upgrade their existing filter arrangement with a HC filter cartridge from our standard range.
Benefits:
- High volume contaminant removal to β5000 efficiency
- Excellent particulate retention across a range of sizes
- Minimal impact on process parameters
- Quick and easy filter cartridge removal/replacement
- Extended service life

Advanced Air Intake Filtration Technology For High-Speed Turbo Machinery
TURBO KLEEN the new standard for contamination protection for your high-speed turbo machinery.
Features:
- High efficiency ASHRAE/EN-tested media
- Maximum dust-holding capacity for extended service life
- High burst pressure design
- Improves the performance and efficiency of turbo machinery
Pulsejet Filters with NANO-FIBER PROTECTION. A major step forward in technology, ensures that these filter elements have the capacity for extended life and lower pressure drop. By incorporating ultra-fine fibers in the media, smaller dust particles do not penetrate as far into the filter matrix. Very small particles are often responsible for the premature blocking of a filter element. The pulsing action then finds it easier to dislodge these fine particles and ensures that the filter lasts longer.
In addition, the efficiency of the filter is higher than standard elements. This ensures that less dust reaches the turbine and so helps to extend the maintenance period.
The Cleanova air intake filters are designed to efficiently and economically remove dust, dirt and other airborne contaminants from the atmosphere using a panel filter element protecting, high efficiency turbo blowers & axial compressors, while reducing noise to within OSHA established limits.
